Architecture Overview

  • Data Sources:

    • Clause Repository: Stores reusable clauses.

    • Template Repository: Houses pre-defined templates.

    • Document Store: Stores generated documents, optionally in object storage services like AWS S3 or Azure Blob.

  • Document Management Workflow:

    • Template Selection → Clause Insertion → Data Mapping → Document Generation → Workflow Approval → E-Signature.

  • Integration Points:

    • SAP SuccessFactors for employee data and letter generation.

    • DocuSign for e-signatures.

    • SMTP or notification services for email communication.
